Return Request Period

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or an unboxing video, if available.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to review and approval. Our team will provide return instructions if the request is accepted. Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions.

Refund Process

If the return is due to a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Nutracy will advise you regarding the applicable return shipping arrangements.

For other returns, eligibility and any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items
